I am just trying to organise our up coming week 3 match with your team 2.

How about this Sunday ( 4th July ) at 6pm GMT.

Why always less than one week notice? Unless 90% of WW already wants to play this weekend, can we have it later? July 11th? I really dislike having matches planned with so little time. It doesn't give all our members the chance to prepare and book time off to play.
