It's on purpose I think -- it's called the 'blur effect', lots of graphics use the effect to make interesting art =)

as TN said, its called "gaussian blur" it makes it look blurry, but I think its a nice touch.

I have a few suggestions to make!
- Do your banner in 2 parts : First "We gonna find you" with a lego who's works quietly, second "We gonna hunt you down" with a pred so happy who's killing the poor lego !
- Add ketchup, fire ...
- "The hunterz" is to ... hmmm ... amiable Find a different style of writing! Something more striking !
