Let me explain it:

If you think you have to win, and if you want to win, it's skill based. You lose if you're bad.

But if you do it just for fun, like Scotty and me (for example), it's not skill based. You can win and meet new people, even if you suck

This is what you should believe if you are either high or just really, really drunk. By the way, how many matches did you win using your system?

I think Epic Blood was refering to the league numbers? If that is the case, then the answer is no, the different leagues are just there to break up the numbers.
