Adam is the official clanwar arranger, so maybe he can help out here. But most of the details are covered, just double check with WW that the time and server works for them, and also decide on a map to play.

(I think we should play any map that WW wants, since we might as well learn to play on maps other clans like. Rise to the challenge, if I may. ^^)
