Rumo and Envy :: New roles!

A hearty congratulations and welcome to several changes taking place as of today in terms of clan staff and structure. ^^

First of all, Rumo has taken on the responsibility of being the 'Arranger of Matches' for the clan, formerly known as the 'Clanwar Arranger' position. Through his continued efforts, we hope to see future matches with other clans, and other aspects be enhanced by the energy and enthusiasm Rumo has shown in this category. Look forward to seeing great reflection topics after weekly practices, trainings, and funwars/clanwars, and the amount of great things to come is only limited by Rumo's imagination. If he can think of something to do as the "Arranger of Matches" to keep bringing a friendly, fun, and active spirit to the family, you can be sure Rumo will do it! Congratulations Rumo, and we all look forward to the future with you helping out here. You definitely have helped encourage the values of kindness, friendship, fun, compassion, and human connection here in the community. Keep it up in all you do! ^^

Next, is our long-time Clan Applications Officer, ENVY taking on the new role of Forum Moderator! Serving TH ever since the revival of June/July 2009, Envy has committed and become a veteran member of the community and family in his own right. A North American like myself, he has shown as well that the values of TH -- which is kindness, respect, friendly spirit, positive atmosphere, and just have good fun and memories (that are positive and not negative/insulting to others) runs through his veins as well. In addition, he has also shown an interest in helping run the forums and to prowl the numerous forum sections/threads/posts to help keep order and maintain spam levels to an acceptable level. With training, time, patience, and kindness, Envy will become a greater asset to the community in this role, and I hope we all do our best to make his job easier as well -- it's a team effort. ^^ In addition, Envy also has some ideas to help document and expand the website/history of the community. With his help, we will see the community improve yet again in another huge leap in friendship, kindness, fun, and and true TH spirit. ^.^
