A little 'hello' from Rostner

I decided to stop by today. It appears that things have died down a bit. I've been rather busy with school and things like that, but I come with good news: I got my copy of Savage XR to work. Hooray!

I'm going to try and play a little bit and see how I do after a 3 year break, haha. I don't make any promises though. Also, I am well.

I have certainly not been active for a year or so, at it makes me all nostalgic to be back here again..

My old PC died down, and I haven't bought a new one because I only use my school computer now (yeah, I'm finally in high school now). Have not played savage for, I don't know, one - one and a half year, and I miss it!

cool! I played a bit last night, and it was fun. I'm definitely out of practice though, haha. I can't remember how to switch my clan tag, I'm stuck on some old one and want to go back to the TH' one.

If you have not found already it has changed. You now have to type /login Username Password

Well, that's a bugger, cuz I don't remember. Looks like I'm going to have to ask for a new tag...

Your Th icon is this one "clanth", of course it only shows the login-name; but maybe you remember the password?

Edit: It's also possible that you didn't change your password between accounts, so also try to just enter this "/login clanth" and see if that works.

I didn't change passwords between accounts, I tried to change to 'clanth' and it didn't put me there. So, I'll need some help. haha

If /login doesn't work, you can just try to use the user interface. On the begin-screen of savage click logout and login again with your clanth username and pass.

If you forgot your pass you can normally find it in the savage install-folder here:

"SavageXR/game/cdkey" (open with notepad)

Although this only works if you still have the same savage version as you used to play on.

If nothing works, I'm afraid nothing can be done. Since Savage doesn't provide any mechanism to change your own IG account password (which is ridiculous btw), administrators have to manually change the accounts database and since only a handful of people got access to it and always have too much work; they will not do this for you.

To get a new invite for TH you will probably have to w8 on TN, since I don't think any other randomly active admin is still on.

Rostner if you keep having troubles with your account just create a new one and contact me ingame. I can give you the red TH' icon. If you don't see me ingame, just send me your account username and I can invite you even if we're not online at the same time.
