April 2012: Standby Status to Change

It's been a long time, but change is coming soon.

These changes will reflect a fresh step forward for TH as a community. A big focus will be on giving the inspiration, support and tools to normal members to bring activity and growth to the community through their own ideas, efforts, and determination.

So instead of waiting to get approval or help from just a single 'boss' clan/community leader to get something done (running a fun event, planning a practice, organizing a match, holding a contest)... the community atmosphere will encourage normal members to become leaders in their own way to bring regular and long-term activity and success to the TH Community.

These new changes will come in over the next weeks. You'll see some new sections to our website that will give a more up-to-date overview of about who we are as a community and what our long-term vision is. You'll also see some new areas that will explain our upcoming policies to give empowerment to community members to lead events and activity in the community on their own time and efforts -- with additional help/support if they need it.

The success and growth of TH as a positive and friendly video-gaming network, community, and family will be placed into the hands of it's members, and it's allies. There will still be organized leadership for community staff and game/clan divisions of the TH Community...

...but the real success will come from members who choose to step forward to lead events, ideas, discussions, activity, and solutions on their own initiative. These are the people and the experiences that will from now on shape the success and future of our community.

That could mean someone posting a lively discussion topic about their favorite music band on the forums, or it could mean organizing a casual meeting in-game to have fun, or it could be someone planning a new community contest. It can be simple like just logging on in-game to play whenever you have free time from work/school, or coming online to chat on Teamspeak to share some new stories from your life. As long as you keep in mind to be friendly, respectful, kind, and positive in your actions -- you will not only be bringing success to the community... but you will be making the world (as well as the video-gaming/internet world) a friendly, inspiring, and more positive place to have fun and enjoy for other people of similar respectful, kind, positive, inspiring and friendly nature.



There will be more updates than what I have mentioned here, and things will be happening starting this week and beyond.
