Re: Questions?
Wow, that's cool. Saying it is easy, he just memorizes how the cube looks and what moves exactly he has to do.... just a really extremely impressive memory and mind. His hand are really skilled as well.
So, ten years of training and some talents on memorization and imaginative thinking and you're there.... if you want to...

I thought the same Moon I also think he memorises, and he does it so well, that he knows haw the cube will look if he does certain movements! It's really awesome!

Re: Questions?
I was recently watching a documentary about how plants and animals around Mt. St Helens were 'reviving' after the huge explosion that happened a long time ago. (About 20-30 years ago now?). In the documentary they showed how a nearby lake became covered with volcanic ash that, for at least one year afterwards, made the lake 'uninhabitable' to any 'air-breathing' organisms. It was also mentioned that because the lake was sealed off completely beneath this layer of ash, bacteria in the water 'exploded' in population, which also brought some form of disease that made the scientists investigating the lake later have a fever.
My question is; Can deadly new diseases be created by water being covered in volcanic ash, and bacteria somehow 'creating' new, deadly diseases? Maybe it's too deep of a question, but was just curious. ^^

Re: Questions?
@the guys about the rubik's cube: its just a few tricks to memorise the different blocks and see the patterns and co, and then start to move the brick in sertain ways to change taht one block in the cube. i have seen people memorise 8 packs of random playing cards in 5 minuites, and then being able to name the card by number when someone says card 37 stack 5
@ Adam: Sure you are
@TN I have dont think that "new" diseses can be created there, the baceria will only replicate and replicate. maybe if one replicates incoretly, like a cancer cell, and the new DNA makes it more leathal, it is possible. But the most new virusses and bacteria are created when a cell infected by one, gets infected by the other too, and then creates a mix of the 2 DNA strains. this is the biggest fear when it comes to birdflew, as when it gets crossed with the normal flew DNA and gets airbourne, it will be mutch more leatal.
I kope i awnserd it and you now understand it, otherwise, just ask again

Re: Questions?
So for example, a disease as bad as like the Black Plague, or a virus from like the movie 'Andromeda Strain' (Let me know if you have watched that movie or read the book), can't be created just from a situation like bacteria replicating in a lake covered with volcanic ash? (The guys on the documentary were saying the lake was devoid of all possible air-breathing life for awhile and it sounded like a horror kind of thing.)

Re: Questions?
it cant, as it needs new genetic material to change its stains. if it comes in contact with a lot of otehr virussus and bacteria, it is possible, but very mutch unlikely

Re: Questions?
Just try solving this :
1)
12-x^2 -2xy = 0
12-y^2 - 2xy = 0
2)
25+3x-7=y
15-12+7y=x
Il just try to help you on the way with this one:
5-8y+x=0
12+2x-8=y
<=> y=12+2x-8
<=> 8y=8(12+2x-8 )
So:
<=> 5+(-8(12+2x-8 ))+x=0
<=> 5+(-8 )*12+(-8 )*2x+(-8 )²+x=0
<=> 5-96-16x+64+x=0
<=> -27-15x=0
<=> -15x=27
<=> -x=27/15
<=> x=27/15
so
<=> 12+2(27/15)-8=y
<=> 12+54/15-8=y
<=> 4+54/15=y
<=> 60/15+54/15=y
<=> 114/15=y
{x=24/15,y=114/15}
Understand?
1)
12-x^2 -2xy = 0
12-y^2 - 2xy = 0
2)
25+3x-7=y
15-12+7y=x
Il just try to help you on the way with this one:
5-8y+x=0
12+2x-8=y

So:
<=> 5+(-8(12+2x-8 ))+x=0
<=> 5+(-8 )*12+(-8 )*2x+(-8 )²+x=0
<=> 5-96-16x+64+x=0
<=> -27-15x=0
<=> -15x=27
<=> -x=27/15
<=> x=27/15
so
<=> 12+2(27/15)-8=y
<=> 12+54/15-8=y
<=> 4+54/15=y
<=> 60/15+54/15=y
<=> 114/15=y
{x=24/15,y=114/15}
Understand?

Re: Questions?
I heard that Budist people could slow down their heart to 2 pulses a minute.
Yet, the human heart beats over 60 times a minute.
How is that possible ?
